East Coast travels

I often use this as a forum to vent about my bus rides to New York City. Crappy trips aside, I'm lucky that I even get to go to New York City. I went there for the first time my junior year in college and visited Ben there about once a month my senior year. Now, I go every couple of weeks. I figure I've probably enjoyed the Big Apple about 20-plus times. I get to experience the best things about the city -- the food, Central Park, the cool shops -- without the hassle of living there.

While I've been in Washington, I've logged trips to Baltimore (for the half marathon) and Philadelphia (on a whim).

This weekend I'll be going to Boston (I took Friday off), and Ben and I are planning to visit his family in Baltimore.

And I have taken a bus on all of these trips, save for the flights to New York City. Ah, the frequent Greyhound miles I've racked up.
